FAQ

I know it can be scary to let someone into your home to see all of your personal belongings. Below are some frequently asked questions to help set your mind at ease. Do you have a question that's not on the list? Send me an email!

Can I have my kids at home during a session?

Yes you can, but be aware that young kids can slow down our work. You are paying for my time, and we will not accomplish as much during that time if there are distractions.

How do I stay organized after the session?

Staying organized is just as key as getting organized. The system I will create for you will cater to your natural tendencies. As you or your family changes, areas may need a refresh. This does not mean you failed at staying organized! It just means the system needs some tweaks, which I am happy to help you with!

Do you have a referral incentive?

Yes! If you refer someone who books a 4+ hour project with me, you will receive $50 off a future 4+ hour project!

What happens to my stuff?

We will decide what items you love and use and what items are you ready to part with. I will take away one car-load of donations at the end of the session to a donation center of my choosing.

Will my sessions be confidential?

Absolutely! I do not share client information unless I'm given permission to do so. Photos of your space that I choose to use for marketing will not include any identifying information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

I accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. Payment for organizing labor is due before the session and payment for materials is due at the conclusion.

Will you take everything away when you're done?

I will take away one carload of donations at the end of each session. I am not able to dispose of your trash or recycling. I am also not able to take any hazardous/household waste.
