Return Policy

Our return policy for physical items is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus shipping fees. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for further instructions.

Customized items cannot be returned. This includes custom decals, magnets, scratch-offs, labels, and any other item that is made custom for your order.

Refunds cannot be given for customer errors in decal application. Full written and video instructions are provided to ensure proper application. Make sure you follow all steps when applying decals.

Digital downloads cannot be returned.

Gift cards or unused hours in organizing packages cannot be refunded.
