"Words Printed" - You can choose for the 14 things to be typed and printed on the card, then you apply the stickers when you get it.

"Stickers Applied" - You can choose to have the words printed plus have the scratch off stickers applied so it is ready to give to your loved one.
 
If no customization is chosen, it will arrive blank so you can handwrite on the card.
